Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 人力資源管理研究所 === 104 === In the workplace, it is inevitable that employees are well superintended by their supervisors, but what a supervisor should do to have the staff under the most appropriate superintendence has something to do with the physiology, psychology, family and work performance of the staff. Therefore, the influence under abusive supervision on work performance has attracted more and more researchers' attention. It is also the aim of this study. Purposes of this study are as follows: 1. Discussion on work performance influenced by abusive supervision. 2. Discussion on the mediation effect among the abusive supervision, work performance, and employees' negative emotions. 3. Discussion on the interference effect among employees' negative emotions, work performance, and work-family conflicts. This study was conducted by questionnaires. As the study sample through purposive sampling of employees from different companies, it consists of 500 questionnaires in which 408 ones were valid. The effective response rate is 82%. The study mainly found that: 1. The relevantly negative effect of employees' performance caused by abusive supervision. 2. The staffs' negative emotions will mediate the effect of abusive supervision and work performance. 3. Work-family conflicts may interfere with the effect of employees' negative emotions and work performance. Finally, the study, based on the results, will propose reference to the follow-up research on the specific recommendations of the organization and future scholars.
