Summary:碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 企業管理學系 === 104 === Adaptive performance refers to employee adaptive behavior due to dynamic organizational and changing environment. Organizational commitment is the emotional linking between the employee and the organization, the intention to perform certain behavior. The relationship between organizational commitment and adaptive performance may be mediated by other variables, such organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), which refers to employee voluntary, extra-role behavior that is not described by the job description. A total of 250 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed. Results show positive correlation among organizational commitment, OCB, and adaptive performance, and OCB partially mediated the relationship.
