Will job engagement of public servants positively influence job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior? or negatively influence intention of resignation? In this study, the official and unofficial public servants of Taipei and New Taipei City are the surveying object. The study uses the questionnaire survey to collect research data where 305 questionnaires was distributed and 288 valid samples were returned. The valid response rate is 94.43%. We apply SPSS software to do descriptive statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results show that perceived organizational support, procedural justice, and distributive justice positively influence job engagement of public servants. The job engagement of public servants positively affects job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior.
