Public servants of Taipei and New Taipei City are subjects in the study. The study uses the questionnaire survey to collect data. There are 300 questionnaires distributed and 262 valid questionnaires are returned. The valid response rate is 87.34%. The statistical methods of the study are the descriptive statistical analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, analysis of correlation, multiple regression analysis and path coefficientanalysis. The results show: (1) job perception has significantly positive influence on job satisfaction; has negative influence onworkplace stress; (2) divisional leadership vision andorganizationleadership vision have significantly positive influence on job satisfaction; (3) divisional leadership vision and organization leadership vision have significantly positive influence on intent to stay; (4) organization leadership vision has significantly positive influence on well being.
