And we also examine the moderating role of affect and work life balance. 200 questionnaires were distributed and 195 were returned.There were 192 valid samples used in this research.The results of the study are following: 1, Employee job embeddedness is negatively related to turnover intention. 2, Positive affect will moderate the negative relationship of employee job embeddeness (fit) and turnover intention. Employee with positive affect will reduce the negative relationship. 3, Negative affect will moderate the negative relationship of employee job embeddeness (fit) and turnover intention. Employee with negative affect will increase the negative relationship. 4, Low work life balance will moderate the negative relationship of employee job embeddeness (sacrifice) and turnover intention.
