The study is to understand the teachers’ cognition, attitude and behavior on flipped classroom at elementary schools in Taoyuan City, and to discuss the influence of the cognition, attitude and behavior by different background elementary school teachers, and the relationship between the cognition, attitude and behavior.
The study is using questionnaire research method, the research is choosing the national elementary school teachers in Taoyuan City to be the candidates. Using “the research questionnaires to elementary school teachers’ cognition, attitude and behavior on flipped Classroom in Taoyuan City ” to be the method tool, to proceed the questionnaire research. Totally sampling 526 persons of elementary school teachers, and the valid samples are 506 persons, the recycle rate is 96.2%. The research result as below:
1. Taoyuan City elementary school teachers to the cognition of flipped classroom show medium-high degree. The cognition degree of “the cognition of basic concept” is the highest.
2. Taoyuan City elementary school teachers to the attitude of teaching science and technology , teaching strategy and effectiveness evaluation, they all show the medium-high degree.The attitude degree of“teaching strategy” is the highest. The attitude degree of“effectiveness evaluation” is the lowest.
3. The implementation of flipped classroom in Taoyuan City elementary school teachers is low proportion,it is only 21.3%. The most important factor is the "flipped classroom teaching skills are not skilled",there are 50.4% elementary school teachers that agree it. Minimal impact factor is "the executive points and incentives developed and implemented", there were only 19.6% elementary school teachers that agree it.
4. Taoyuan City elementary school teachers to the implemented behavior of flipped classroom show the medium-high degree. The network high-tech platform use is less common , network assessment system using as well.
5. The background variable items of influence elementary school teachers to the cognition, attitude and behavior in the dimensions of sex, seniority, school size, participated in study or workshop, and implemented flipped classroom are significantly different.
6. Taoyuan City elementary school teachers in the cognition and attitude have significantly medium positive correlation,in the cognition and behavior have significantly low positive correlation,and in the attitude and behavior have no significantly correlation.
7. Taoyuan City elementary school teachers implementing flipped classroom in the future have positive intention.
