In this study, the researcher used questionnaire investigation and purposive sampling to collect 404 valid questionnaires from the youth worker whose ages are between nineteen and twenty-nine years old. The data of questionnaires had been processed for statistical analysis under the “SPSS” and “AMOS” statistics packaging software. The conclusions of study are as following: All the dimension of career self-management, such as occupational expertise, the capability of insight, career adaptability, the ability of cooperation, balance have statistically significant positive association with career self-management; job insecurity has mediating effect on the capability of insight and career self-management.
