The descriptive statistical analysis, ANOVA and other methods will be applied to explore the quality of service and satisfaction for the members of professional union by means of the survey in this study.
Following the above method after statistical analysis related according to the number, finally confirms service quality and member satisfaction for professional unions to organize welfare characteristics associated with each other, and hope that this study can be made more professional unions to understand how to use the quality of service increases the welfare of organizations and member satisfaction of professional unions.
Finally, some studied suggestions will provide for Taoyuan refrigeration and air-conditioning union as reference for improvement.
