Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 機械與電腦輔助工程系碩士班在職專班 === 103 === This study developed electronic lock covers by using SUS304 stainless material and investigated the drawing processes and die design for such covers. The cover of the electronic locks was 2.5 mm in thickness, necessitating a thick-plate-deep-drawing process. In exploring the drawability of the material, this study referred to domestic and foreign studies on drawing and die manufacturing. Additionally, this study considered the drawability of the blank in the drawing process as well as the planning of a multipass drawing and engineering process before proceeding to the actual forming tests. After the SUS304 material was tested in drawing, this study further compared the changes in the sizes of tempered and untampered materials. The design engineering comprised six passes: stamping, drawing, tempering, edge cutting, straightening, and shaping, which were used as the basis for designing and manufacturing the dies. The results revealed that in the design for the drawing process, the binder force and reserve amount of the flange indirectly influenced whether the products fractured during drawing. In addition, the size of the products tempered after drawing became relatively stable.
