Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 教育經營與管理學系 === 103 === Abstract This study aims to understand the background and implementation progress of teaching normalization program, and to develop a set of indicators for the evaluation of the program by taking existing literatures and the opinions of other experts into account.The findings can hopefully be used by education authorities later as a guideline for future development. For the purpose of this study, a questionnaire was distributed to 665 teachers from 40 different junior high and elementary schools, whom were selected by stratified random sampling method.In total, 603 copies of questionnaires were returned and 597 of them were effective .The respons rate was 89.8% and the rate of availability was 99% . The findings“t test” and “single factor variance analysis”. The conclusions are summarized as follows: 1. Junior high and elementary school teachers highly approve the indicators in overall. 2 Junior high and elementary school teachers highly approve the indicators on class assignments. 3. Junior high and elementary school teachers highly approve the indicators on curriculum development. 4. Junior high and elementary school teachers highly approve the indicators on teaching activity. 5. Junior high and elementary school teachers highly approve the indicators on teaching assessment. 6. Junior high teachers shows a higher approval rate to teaching activities than elementary school teachers. 7. The longer the years of services, the higher the approval rate to these indicators.
