碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 經營與管理學系科技管理碩士在職專班 === 103 === This study uses Technology Acceptance Model 2 (TAM2) as the theoretical basis, and combines flow and self-disclosure to examine the elementary school teachers’ continuous usage on Facebook. A total of 181 valid questionnaires were collected in elementary schools. For the case, they were analyzed through statistical methods to assess the reliability, validity, and related hypotheses in the research model. In this study we found the points including: Flow has a positive impact on self-disclosure. Subjective norm has a positive impact on flow and image. Job relevance and perceived ease of use have positive impacts on perceived usefulness. Self-disclosure, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have positive impacts on intention of continuous usage. We expect the results of this research would be useful to the school managers, educators and future researchers.
