Preschool teachers in Taoyuan County were included in the study with Questionnaire survey. The subject of this study was inclusive preschool teachers in north and south district, Taoyuan County. The main instrument is the "Professional Knowledge and Teaching Problems Questionnaire for Preschool Educators". The valid test sample was 270. The collected data were then analyzed by Frequency distribution, percentages, averages, one-way ANOVA, independent t-test, Pearson's Product-moment correlation and others; interviews were incorporated by notes and recorders and then made into draft. Those materials were finally sorted out upon the review of respondents. According to the findings, conclusions were summarized as follows: First, the understanding of professional knowledge of preschool educators in Taoyuan County was somewhat moderate. The understanding from high to low level in order was “support cooperation”, “teaching practice”, and “philosophy of inclusive education”. Second, the overall level of teaching problems of preschool educators in Taoyuan County was somewhat moderate. The problem levels from high to low in order were “support services”, “parent-teacher communication”, “classroom management”, and “curriculum and teaching”. Third, significant differences were found in terms of professional knowledge and teaching problems by different backgrounds. And there will be significant differences because of the different type of school , teaching qualifications , educational background, and years of teaching special education professional background Fourth, significantly positive low correlation was showed between philosophy of inclusive education of professional knowledge and the overall scale of teaching problems for peschool educators in Taoyuan County. Based on the results, a number of specific recommendations were made in the study to offer reference for education authorities, teacher education institutions, kindergarten, educators etc. in their future studies.
