A questionnaire survey was used to collect the data of the Innovational Education Program in Digital Reading (school as a whole) promoted by the Educational Bureau of Kaohsiung. The target was selected randomly from 17 public elementary school students in Kaohsiung city. Total returned valid surveys are 438. The statistic analysis includes confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The conclusions are as following: 1.User characteristics are positively related to TAM and ISSM. 2.User characteristics have a positive effect on usefulness. 3.User characteristics have positive effects on system quality, information quality, and service quality. 4.Perceived ease of use has a positive effect on usefulness. 5.System quality, information quality, and service quality have positive effects on perceived ease of use and usefulness. 6.Perceived ease of use and usefulness have positive effects on using attitude. 7.Information quality and service quality have positive effects on use satisfaction. 8.Using attitude and use satisfaction have positive effects on behavioral intention.
