Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 精密工程學系所 === 103 === In this research, a finite element analysis is used to design a compliant bistable mechanism with a gripper. The embedded gripper has a hammer to push a sticked object away from the gripper. The gripper is held steadily by the bistable mechanism to reach the goal of durable, robust design. Finite element analyses are adopted to design the mechanism. A computer aided design tool is used to simulate machining steps of a prototype, in order to fabricate a functionable device. A computer numerical control engraving machine is used to fabricate the mechanism. Experiments are carried out to measure the force-displacement behaviours of the fabricated prototype, and the experimental results agree with the simulation results. The active release of a sticked object from the gripper is demonstrated by the experiments.
