Scholars propose the willingness of retention would be affected by individual, organization, and job satisfaction, and most studies as well as propose the higher organization commitment and job satisfaction, the higher the willingness of retention. The purpose of the study is to probe the influence of organization commitment and job satisfaction on the willingness of retention via questionnaire. The consequences represent that, the willingness of retention is positive affected by organization commitment; organization commitment is positive affected by job satisfaction; the willingness of retention is positive affected by job satisfaction; the willingness of retention is positive affected by promotion, character of job, managerial decisions, and interpersonal relations respectively. The research also finds an organizational commitment as a result to the work satisfaction and stays the job relation between the wills. The study is to contribute to the managers of A life insurance company to understand and predict the reasons of the willingness of retention.
