In this study, based on the model PZB gap, SERVQUAL Scale infrastructure development as the questionnaire, and teachers as research subject. The information will be used IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) model analysis teachers' unions quality of service in current, trying to identify the key factors that influence teachers' unions satisfaction, to find the strength and weaknesses of teachers' unions, for unions in promoting teachers' satisfaction of the policy as a reference.
In IPA analysis importance and satisfaction comparison showed that the teachers' union should response to change and environmental needs, may be providing legal questions and answers to assist teachers and teaching problems and psychological stress counseling service window, enhance teacher in the workplace a sense of security, the teachers' union must pay to listen to the views of teachers and problems maintaining teachers' professional autonomy of student policies and services, to increase teacher satisfaction with the teachers' union members service quality.
