The study surveyed 343 qiestionnaires from Taiwan's shoemaking industry in China, of which 335(97.7%)were valid. The data were analyzed with hierarchical regression analysis 18.0. The results show that job standardization were positively related to psychological well-being. Social loafing were negatively related to job standardization and psychological well-being. The relationship between job standardization and psychological well-being was partially mediated by social loafing. The paper provides the ways for the managers to promote the employee's psychological well-being, and contributes the way to reduce social loafing.
