The result of the study were expected to be helpful in human resource strategy. Convenience sampling was the main research method of this study. 500 questionnaires were issued and 348 effective questionnaires were collected. The overall return rate was 69.6%. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, multiple analysis and so on. The findings are as follows: 1.Psychological contract fulfillment has a significantly positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. 2.Psychological contract fulfillment has a significantly positive effect on psychological engagement. 3.Psychological engagement has a significantly positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. 4.Psychological engagement has a significantly positive full mediated effect between psychological contract fulfillment and organizational citizenship behavior.
