This study actually intends to search for answers why Smartphone adoption has taken the world by storm than feature phone after the introduction of the iPhone. So, here research mainly will deal with two models; one is Davis’s (1985) proposed technology acceptance model (TAM) and another one is Durgee’s (2001) developed cannot do without (CADOW) model. To trigger the reason of smartphones huge success due to customer’s high acceptance rate, research has been done under this TAM and CADOW.
