Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 經營管理碩士班(企業管理與服務科學學程) === 102 === The research studied the responses of the customers on exceptional new products and here the main concern is on smartphones. This study actually intends to search for answers why Smartphone adoption has taken the world by storm than feature phone after the introduction of the iPhone. So, here research mainly will deal with two models; one is Davis’s (1985) proposed technology acceptance model (TAM) and another one is Durgee’s (2001) developed cannot do without (CADOW) model. To trigger the reason of smartphones huge success due to customer’s high acceptance rate, research has been done under this TAM and CADOW.
