Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 高階主管企管碩士班 === 102 === The purpose of this research is to assess the effect of organizational changes and the workplace values involved on workplace motivation and workplace performance. This study is carried out by means of questionnaires. Four hundred and twelve (412) questionnaires were issued, and 335 responses were received. Twelve (12) invalid responses were excluded, with and the remaining 323 valid responses indicating an effective response rate of 78.4%. SPSS and AMOS statistical analytical software were employed to implement sample factor analysis, confidence testing, descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, two-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, regression analysis, hierarchical regression and SEM, and the following conclusions are thus reached: 1. In a survey amongst employees of a district hospital in Tainan, personal factors play a statistically significant role in the subjective cognition regarding organizational changes, workplace values, workplace motivation, and workplace performance. 2. The effect of different research variables on organizational changes, workplace values, workplace motivation, and workplace performance is analyzed with two-way ANOVA to compare main effects and whether interactions were present. Results show a statistically significant relevance and no interaction. 3. In investigating the employees of a district hospital in Tainan, a statistically significant relevance was demonstrated inter-relating the factors of organizational changes, workplace values, workplace motivation, and workplace performance. 4. A statistically significant relevance was demonstrated inter-relating the factors of organizational changes, workplace values, workplace motivation, and workplace performance amongst the employees of a district hospital in Tainan. 5. Using SEM, analysis of the effect of organizational changes and workplace values on workplace motivation and workplace performance show a statistically significant Based on the findings deduced from this study, our research hopes to provide relevant and practical recommendations to management level personnel of hospitals as well as to advance further investigation on this subject.
