Nowadays, enterprises are facing urgent matter, which is to decide the direction of strategic planning. Furthermore, strategic implementation is the key factor to business operations and profitability. Therefore, through conducting a research on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and service innovation, this paper discusses the performance of innovation in several catering businesses and elaborates how this innovation affects the performance of enterprises. By doing so, a firm could have a comprehensive understanding on maintaining competitive advantage in a rival environment. In this research, questionnaires are acquired by visiting different catering businesses, and the hypothesis is validated through conducting several statistical analysis. According to the results, entrepreneurial orientation has positive effect on both incremental and radical innovation; Customer and competitor aspect in market orientation have positive impact on incremental innovation respectively, but no significant influence on radical innovation. In the service innovation - performance section, it appears that incremental innovation has positive effect on both customer and employee performance, however, radical innovation only has positive influence on customer performance, no significant effect on employee performance is found.
