Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 企業管理學系 === 102 === The purpose of this study was to understand the individual at the workplace learning outcomes. This study divided into three parts. Firstly, the relationship between individual workplace learning and employability as well as job performance were examined, respectively. Secondly, social capital served as the mediator to test the relationship between individual workplace learning and employability as well as job performance. Lastly, learning transfer served as the moderator to examine the relationship between individual workplace learning and social capital.
The study used purposive sampling to collect Executive Master of Business Administration and general worker who worked in north of Taiwan to respond the questionnaires. 600 questionnaires were distributed and 335 were valid samples. The returned rate was 55.83%.
The findings of the present study were as followed: first, individual workplace learning was significant positive related to employability and job performance; second, individual workplace learning was significant positive related to social capital; then individual social capital was significant positive related to employability and job performance. Consequently, social capital mediated the relationship between individual workplace learning and employability, job performance. Lately, learning transfer moderator the relationship between individual workplace learning and social capital. In the end, discussion, limitations, suggestions to future study, and conclusions were provided.
