The results are expected to serve as a reference for decision-makers’ implementation of strategies and management. The purpose of this study is included (a) to understand the leadership styles of employees within the Veterans Affairs Commission cognitive various service agencies different background variables, organizational culture and the status of job satisfaction. (b) to understand the veterans' service organizations in central and southern various demographic variables of heads of agencies leadership style, cognitive differences between organizational culture, employee job satisfaction situation and (c) to understand the central and southern veterans' heads of the various services agency leadership style, organizational culture extent feel the impact on staff job satisfaction. For the above mentioned purposes, the questionnaire method is adopted. Convenience sampling was employed and a total of 217 questionnaires were issued; 151 valid copies were collected, reaching a return rate of 69.58%. The collected questionnaires were statistically analyzed via descriptive statistics, independent-samples t-test, one-way ANOVA and linear regression. According to the findings elicited from the analyses, the conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. Among the background variables, different gender and service agencies lead to significant differences in the three dimensions of “organizational culture”, “leadership style” and “emoployee job satisfaction”. 2. “Transformational leadership” has a significantly positive relation to the “job satisfaction”. Veterans' service organizations can adapt "transformational leadership" to improve employee job satisfaction. 3. "Supportive culture" and "innovation culture" have a significantly positive relation to the “job satisfaction” including "intrinsic job satisfaction" and "extrinsic job satisfaction". However, "bureaucratic culture" have a significantly negative relation to the "intrinsic job satisfaction." Veterans' service organizations can adapt "transformational leadership" to improve employee job satisfaction. Veterans' service organizations can adapt "supportive culture" and "innovation culture" to improve employee job satisfaction.
