The relationship and prediction between teachers’ emotional management and professional growth on the effectiveness of classroom management in elementary school was discussed. The research subjects had 502 elementary school teachers in Changhua County. Three questionnaires were adopted as the research method, including “Teachers’ Emotional Management Scale”, “Teachers’ Professional Growth Scale”, and “ The Effectiveness of Classroom Management Scale ”. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The conclusions are as follows. (1)The teachers possess well emotional management, (2) have proper professional growth, (3) and perform good effectiveness of classroom management. (4) The subjects’ background variances include gender, age, marriage status, years of teaching and job position have significant differences on teachers’ emotional management, professional growth, and the effectiveness of classroom management. (5) The correlation between teachers’ emotional management and the effectiveness of classroom management is medium positive. (6) The correlation between teachers’ professional growth and the effectiveness of classroom management is high positive. (7) Teachers' emotional management and professional growth could significantly predict the effectiveness of classroom management. Finally, the researcher suggests that the future study could adopt different subjects, accompany quality research and add other background variance for further understanding.
