Besides, The newcomers have to spend a lot of time to familiar with the relevant business. This paper attempts to introduce the concept of knowledge management into the administrative system in elementary school. The main goal is to understand the relationship between Knowledge Management and Administration Achievements of General Affairs staff in the public elementary schools. The research objects are focused on the General Affairs staff in Yunlin-County public elementary schools. The results are as follows: 1. Among General Affairs staff in Yunlin-country public elementary schools, Knowledge management is generally appeared excellence, especially in the area of “Knowledge Obtaining”. 2. Among General Affairs staff in Yunlin-country public elementary schools, Administration achievements is generally appeared excellence. 3. The different backgrounds of the elementary-school General Affairs staff have the different knowledge management; the achievements differenciate from the school location. 4. The different background variables of the elementary-school General Affairs Staff administration achievements do not reveal the difference. 5. The Yunlin-country elementary-school General Affairs staff’s knowledge management and the administrative achievements have positive connection. 6. The Yunlin-country elementary-school General Affairs staff’s Knowledge Management has the forecast strength to the administrative achievements.
