The major research tool used for this study was structural questionnaire targeting the staff of engineering department of H Company Taoyuan plant. The total sample size was 156, and the sample was 156 valid samples for this study. In this study, use SPSS statistical software research and analysis tools to carry out data processing. Analysis of the resulting data use descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis. The results from the study show that the internal locus of control personality has a significant positive impact on both the quality of work and enthusiasm and innovation of job performance. Relationship of working pressure has significant negative impact on the quality of work and enthusiasm and innovation. Overall, the internal locus of control personality has positive impact on both the work quality and the enthusiasm and innovation of job performance, it means the job performance of employees with internal locus of control personality will be better than the external locus of control personality. Relationship of working pressure has significant negative impact on the quality of work and enthusiasm and innovation, it means employees would feel the high working pressure due to the relationship between colleagues, resulting in lower job performance.
