Summary:碩士 === 開南大學 === 商學院碩士在職專班 === 102 === This study will base on organization equity to explore the effect of organizational equity on store salesman personality and job satisfaction. This study adopts a random sampling method, there are 214 usable questionnaires with an effective return rate of 71.33%. After literature review and empirical analysis, We have conclusions: In background item have education degree differentiation; there is high correlation between salesman personality traits and job satisfaction; salesman have openness and extroversion personality trait will see better job satisfaction; organizational equality has an apparent relationship toward job satisfactions of store salesman; and employees hope that the execution of organizational equity policy will reflect more on the employees. Based on the conclusions, we have the following suggestions to the firms: Emphasize organization equity for increase salesman job satisfaction; to construct fair management system; to construct team evaluation system; and to use personality trait for salesman recruit standard.
