After literature review and empirical analysis, We have conclusions: In background item have education degree differentiation; there is high correlation between salesman personality traits and job satisfaction; salesman have openness and extroversion personality trait will see better job satisfaction; organizational equality has an apparent relationship toward job satisfactions of store salesman; and employees hope that the execution of organizational equity policy will reflect more on the employees. Based on the conclusions, we have the following suggestions to the firms: Emphasize organization equity for increase salesman job satisfaction; to construct fair management system; to construct team evaluation system; and to use personality trait for salesman recruit standard.
