However, the existing researches have no instrument for assessing teachers' knowledge of the extent of the cloud technology integrated into teaching. This study aims to develop a scale of cloud-based pedagogical content knowledge (CPACK) and applies it to measure elementary school teachers’ current CPACK. Based on the theoretical framework of technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK), this study developed the CPACK’s dimensions as teachers’ essential knowledge of using cloud services to support their instruction. The initial scale items were made according to the purposed dimensions and author’s observations. The formal CPACK questionnaire including five dimensions of twenty-six items through the pilot test was administrated to public elementary school teachers in Taoyuan County. The scale of CPACK was tested using a structural equation modeling approach with a total of 319 effective samples. Results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that CPACK scale had sound validity and reliability in terms of discrimination and stability. Results of survey showed that elementary school teachers were confident in subject matter knowledge, pedagogical knowledge, and pedagogical content knowledge. Whereas, there was a significant difference in teachers’ cloud technology knowledge and applying pedagogical content knowledge on instruction. WU, WEI-SHENG 吳為聖 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 78 zh-TW |
