Object of study in order to serve the domestic staff of public and private enterprises. Divided into two types of permanent employees and temporary employees conducted a questionnaire survey, a total of 295 questionnaires, of which 155 permanent employees, temporary employees 140 copies. The study found that employees perceived organizational justice on organizational identification, job satisfaction and social performance has a positive relationship. Employees of organizational identification on job satisfaction has a positive effect and the social relations. Employees of organizational identification on organizational justice and job satisfaction and effectiveness of social relationships has mediating effect. Employment status of employees of different perceptions of organizational fairness and organizational identification, job satisfaction and the moderating effect of social effectiveness. This study suggests that business owners should seriously consider sending program implementation, and the temporary employees feel organizational justice, in order to be able to save personnel costs, but the organization has generated greater job performance.
