Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 教育行政與評鑑研究所碩士班 === 101 === This study is aimed to understand the current situation of classroom walk-through and professional learning community at elementary schools in Taipei City, and then to analyze the data of the differences between teachers’ perceptive with different demographic variables and environment variables on classroom walk-through and professional learning community, to explore the relationship between classroom walk-through and professional learning community, and how to use classroom walk-through as a predictable variable to predict professional learning community. The method of data collection is questionnaire survey, adopted from a questionnaire named “Questionnaire on classroom walk-through and professional learning community in elementary schools on Taipei city”. A survey was completed by 215 teachers of 10 public elementary schools in Taipei city, which involves “Classroom walk-through experimental program,” and 140 valid samples are available. The data is analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Based on the research result, some conclusions are drawn: 1. The current situation of implementing “Classroom walk-through experimental program” is consistent with experimental program ideas. 2. Teachers’ perception of classroom walk-through and professional learning community is at “good” level. 3. There are significant differences for elementary school teachers’ perception of classroom walk-through in terms of the school size, involved CWT program, and to be executive. 4. There is a significant difference for elementary school teachers’ perception of professional learning community in terms of the school history. 5. There is a mean positive correlation between the elementary school teachers’ perception of classroom walk-through and professional learning community. 6. Classroom walkthrough can predict positively the overall professional learning community at elementary schools in Taipei city. Finally, according to the research results, some of them are suggested to serve as a reference for educational institution, elementary schools, elementary school teachers, and future researchers.
