The study was conducted in the 101 academic Year of Taipei Elementary school students. A total of 34 students were divided into two groups. One group receives Practice Style Coaching, and the other group receives Reciprocal Style. At the end of the coaching period, I use both independent sample t test (t-test) and dependent sample t test (t-test) statistical methods to analyze the data, then accordingly give suggestions to teachers and related facilities in coaching Leadclimbing. The results are as follow: 1. Practice Style Coaching is significantly effective of leadclimbing in elementary schools. 2. Reciprocal Style Coaching is significantly effective of leadclimbing in elementary schools. 3. There is no significant difference when comparing the effects of Practice and Reciprocal Style Coaching. 4. Practice Style contains retained effect of leadclimbing in elementary schools. 5. Reciprocal Style contains retained effect of leadclimbing in elementary schools. 6.
