According to literatures studying trusting climate, team performance and team creativity, we argue that high trust climate can improve team performance and team creativity. Besides, resource abundance can strengthen the relationship between trusting climate and team performance is also discussed.
With data collected from Taiwanese limited liability companies, we show that trusting climate is positively related to team performance and team creativity. In addition, resource abundant positively moderates the relationship between trusting climate and team performance, and between trusting climate and team creativity, respectively. Finally, according to the results, the significance and limitations of our study are also discussed.
