been brought by new technical Mobile number portability (MNP) and the mobile
service carriers have to face with violent competition about retaining existing customers
and attracting new customer. It also is intended to play an important role lowering
switching costs which can increase the level competition among providers.
This research investigates how customer satisfaction, customer perceived
switching barrier and competition influence customer switching intention in case
technical of mobile number portability is applied. The research result will show some
valuable information about Vietnam subscriber respond for them. Therefore, It will be
useful and meaningful for marketers as well as strategist when they apply their
advertising and strategy in Vietnam market.
