And review of the applicability empowerment evaluation in the school-based curriculum development. So that hope the development of school-based curriculum would be more exquisite. For this purpose, first, the researcher participates in empowerment evaluation process which is using on Nano curriculum evaluation. Then the researcher observes and records the dialogue in the evaluation process, and creates the file. Finally, use the Guidelines and checklist for constructivist evalution on meta-evaluation standards to carry a meta-evaluation of nano course’s empowerment evaluation. There have three stages in Empowerment evaluation. At first, the evaluation chair guided evaluation participants revised curriculum goals of nano course. Second, guided participants rating the Nano curriculum’s teaching activities to dentify the learning activities which need to improve. Finally, guide participants to discuss to modify those activities and developing the assessment strategies for the modifition. After collecting all the information of the empowerment evaluation, conducted meta-evaluation based on constructivist evaluation list. The results of this study are as follows:The credibility, the provability and the authenticity of the ontological in the empowerment evaluation of Nano course are less; and theibility, the migration, the fairness, the authenticity of the ontological, the authenticity of education, and the authenticity of the strategy all have high performance in the empowerment evaluation of nano course.
