To discussing the student’s behavior after teaching Partner-Focused Questions, including the percentage of asking questions and the turns in conversation. The purpose is to promote communication skills of the children with Williams Syndrome. The object of study is the junior high school student. A single- subject, multiple- probe experimental design was used to investigate the effect of instruction on acquisition, generalization of Partner-Focused Questions. Three findings emerged from this study : (1)The instruction of Partner-Focused Questions on the behavior of communication did immediate effects. (2)The instruction of Partner-Focused Questions on the behavior of asking question did maintained effects, so did the increasing the turns of conversation at the leisure time and dinner. It didn’t have the maintained effects at the resource room (3)The participants of this study keep a positive of the instruction of Partner-Focused Questions on the behavior of communication Suggestions for further research and practitioners were discussed at the end of this study.
