Summary:碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 教育學系 === 101 === The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between conversion classes teachers’ job stress and coping strategies of elementary school in Taichung City. In order to reach the goal, this study employed questionnaire survey as its methodology, with teachers in elementary schools in Taichung City as subjects of this survey. After stratifying random sampling by school sizes and locations, the researcher sent out 582 questionnaires to 48 schools. Questionnaires were administered to the selected subjects among returned questionnaires, 527 were valid and the return ratio was 90.55% .When specimens were collected, the data in the valid specimens were analyzed with descriptive statistics(,SD), t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson’s product-moment correlation. The conclusions of the study were as follows: 1. Most of the conversion classes teachers had medium work stress. 2. The transferred classes teaching’s teachers’ job stress and coping strategies of elementary school were good to fair. 3. There were some significant differences in work stress with different background of conversion classes teachers. 4. There were some significant differences in coping strategies with different of background conversion classes teachers. significant correlation.
