Education of market competition increasingly fierce, cram schools operating patterns to gradually move towards the business enterprise and the chain direction. Parents invariably find ways to invest in their own children's education, from the literature in the quality of service cram interviews with parents to understand; parents cram quality of service requirements in the study found that cram enhance schoolwork so that student achievement has improved or maintained some results.
Accordingly, the main purpose of the paper is: first, cram through a good brand strategy is able to improve the performance of the tutorial. Second, in order to cram consumers, investigate whether cram improve the service quality of the cram brand business performance. Third, the study of customer satisfaction cram will affect the performance.
This method is based on the study to explore the SPSS statistical software cram "brand strategy", "service quality ", "customer satisfaction" for cram schools 'brand performance' influence relations. Empirically, this study was mainly students for the test and questionnaires.
The results are as follows: (1) the cram brand strategy as possible, will help to improve the performance of a brand cram schools. (2) the better the quality of the service cram, cram the brand has a significant positive effect on performance. (3) the satisfaction of the cram better, really help to improve the performance of a brand cram schools.
