Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 102 === This study aims to investigate the relationships between teaching styles, teachers' professional knowledge, consumer evaluation, and organizational performance of Pingtung County after-class schools. To achieve the purpose, this study is based on relevant literature review to establish research framework and develop hypotheses. This study uses stratified random sampling method to collect data. The research instrument is “the questionnaire of teaching styles, teachers' professional knowledge, consumer evaluation, and organizational performance of after-class schools.” 145 questionnaires are received from the after-class schools in Pingtung County. The following conclusions are found: First, the teaching styles have significantly positive impact on organizational performance. Second, the teaching styles have significantly positive impact on teachers' professional knowledge. Third, teachers' professional knowledge has significantly positive impact on organizational performance. Fourth, the consumer evaluation has significantly positive impact on organizational performance. Finally, the results of this research are discussed and some suggestions are provided to education policy makers, the owners of after-class schools, teachers, parents and students respectively. This study hopes that the research results and suggestions can help the after-class schools to improve their organization performance.
