The study was conducted among 311 field insurance sales and 55 group leaders in one of insurance industries. Results of structural equation and bootstrap modeling analysis show that work and family resources are positively related to job performance. In addition, work to family/family to work enrichment will through work engagement influence job performance. Accordingly, restricts of research and suggestion, managerial implications are discussed.
