Summary: | 碩士 === 明道大學 === 課程與教學研究所 === 101 === The purpose of this study was to explore the science game integrated into the natural areas of teaching and to examine the learning effectiveness about science. In this study, quasi experimental method was used. Pre- and post- test were applied before and after the experimental instruction. Two classes in the Changhua County were selected for experimental and comparison groups. There were 36 and 37 junior students in the experimental and comparison groups respectively. Experimental group was instructed for the game of science integrated into the natural areas of teaching; traditional teaching was implemented for the control group. The experimental course from February 2013 was executed for 6 weeks. Research tools are "Science Learning Achievement Tests" and " Questionnaire for Junior High Students’ Learning Motivation About Science". There findings were listed as followings: 1. There was no significant difference between two groups; 2. There was significant difference between two groups about students’ learning motivation; 3. There was significant promotion about behavior of requiring help for low-achievement students. Earlier instruction with science games integrated and longer span are suggested for science teaching.
