Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 餐旅管理學系碩士班 === 101 === The purpose of this study was to understand the current status of idol admiration, self-concept and learning attitude of vocational high school students in food and beverage management department , and analyze the students with different backgrounds that result in the differences in three dimensions.The survey was conducted questionnaires to the vocational high school students in food & beverage management department from Taipei area , a total of 600 valid questionnaires, 482 were returned, the effective recovery rate was 80.33%.All data were analyzed with the following statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, independent samples t test, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and regression analysis. To analysis the student idol admiration, the rate of have and haven,t idol admiration were half and half, most of idol admiration ratio were cuisine television presenters. Dimensions of idol admiration, the students most agree is the construct of transformation of life. Most agree the dimension of the self-concept was the construct of family and I. Dimensions of learning attitude, the cognitive attitude construct is most recognition. No significant difference between the different personal background vocational high school students in food and beverage management department in idol admiration, but was part of a significant difference in the self-concept and learning attitude. Student idol admiration, self-concept and learning attitude of various dimensions were significantly positively correlated. By multiple regression analysis showed that students idol admiration, self-concept, learning attitude would have a positive influence on academic achievement, and students in idol admiration,, self-concept, learning attitude performance, could predict the performance of their academic performance.
