It targets at the technology industry and manufacturing staffs of Tainan area. A total of 525 questionnaires were given out and 509 were returned, which equate to 97% of effective rate. The empirical analysis was conducted using SPSS and AMOS through descriptive statistics, confirmative factor analysis, reliability analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation and regression analysis. The main results of this study:(1)Leadership Styles(transformational leadership、transaction leadership、laissez-faire leadership),positively influence LMX. (2) There is no moderating effect Self-efficacy on the Relationship Between Leadership Style and Leader-Member Exchange. The academic and practical implications are discussed.
