Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北藝術大學 === 藝術與人文教育研究所 === 100 === This thesis aims to explore the practice of actor/teachers connecting theater and life leads to the possibility of self-transformation by the case study of the community of actor/teachers in the Taipei City Embankment Elementary School. Based on the the community of actor/teachers, teachers and students of the TIE programme, and the school culture, this thesis structures the explorative context and selects the multiple methods of data collection such as: participant observation, narrative interviews, questionnaires, etc., to carry out the thesis of diverse viewpoints. Based on the viewpoint of Moreno’s Theory of Roles, this thesis discusses how actor/teachers operate the three stages actively: the real life, the drama, and the interactive site of TIE to facilitate the self to take roles, play roles, and create roles thus extending the self role catalogue. The findings of this thesis are as follows: 1.Role-playing can promote the self-understanding and the self-development of actor/teachers. 2.Role- shifting can clarify the self-values of actor/teachers. 3.TIE is a bridge connecting life-learning and art. 4.The community of actor/teachers is a new type of the art education team. By participating TIE, the self perceives the self-life problems actively, which means that the self takes up the responsibility of the ‘protagonist’ of the self-life script thus setting out on a transformation journey at the same time.
