Summary: | 碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 教育行政與評鑑研究所教育行政碩士學位在職進修專班 === 100 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the patent examiners of different types of mentoring relationships function, the association between workplace personal learning and job satisfaction. Mentoring type is divided into a formal mentoring and informal mentoring. In this study, the company assigned to the mentor as a formal mentoring, on their own to find the mentor as an informal mentoring, using questionnaires to investigate, 83 valid questionnaires. The result use descriptive statistical analysis, the Pearson product moment correlation analysis and regression analysis and other statistical methods for analysis.
In this study, the main conclusions are as follows:
First, patent examiners of informal mentoring more formal mentoring on mentoring functions had higher scores, but no significant difference.
Second, extent of mentoring functions of the patent examiners part of impact to workplace personal learning.
Third, workplace personal learning of the patent examiners some of the impact their job satisfaction.
Fourth, workplace personal learning of the patent examiners part mediated the mentoring functions and job satisfaction.
Due to the small literature on formal mentoring relationship, this study can be used as a reference for follow-up study.
