The study adopts stratified random sampling with subjects who are elementary school teachers in Taiwan, and a total of 638 valid copies are received, using “The questionnaire of elementary school teachers’ teacher professional development evaluation and school organizational climat” as research tools. All data collected was analyzed with SPSS. Analysis was conducted with mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation. Five main results are as shown below: 1. The subjects have good professional development of TPDE at all levels. 2. The subjects have good perception of SOC. 3.On TPDE ,the subjects who work as chiefs, the subjects over 73 classes, those subjects who joined the TPDV have better professional development than others. 4.On SOC, the subjects who have served for 1-5 years, schools that participated in the TPDE ,those subjects who joined the TPDV have better perception . 5.The correlation between professional development of TPDE and SOC is found positive comprehensively and separatly. 李坤崇 101 學位論文 ; thesis 173 zh-TW
