Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 行政管理學系碩士班 === 100 === The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between four constructs: change-oriented leadership, group emotional contagion, emotion regulation and affective commitment, which including two mediating effects of group emotional contagion and emotion regulation on the relationship between change-oriented leadership and affective commitment. The data collection was conducted 1400 questionnaires to 1000 biggest firms from manufacturing industry which were selected by ‘Common Wealth Magazine’ in Taiwan in 2010. There were 583 valid questionnaires. The data were measured by factor analysis, reliability test, structural equation modeling (SEM), and hierarchical liner models (HLMs), which were used to examine the relationships among the constructs of this study. The results of study are listed as follows: 1. Change-oriented leadership is positively related between group emotional contagion, emotion regulation, and affective commitment. 2. Group emotional contagion and emotion regulation both have positive relationship between affective commitment. 3. Group emotional contagion is positively mediated the relationship between change-oriented leadership and affective commitment. 4. Emotion regulation is positively mediated the relationship between change-oriented leadership and affective commitment.
