Although once belittled by people, sweet potato nowadays becomes a fashionable and nostalgic health food in the modern taiwanese society. This study probes into the evolving of people’s dietary perceptions and eating habit change of the iconic food, the sweet potato, to reflect the social transitions in Taiwan over recent centuries. Also,we can see how the government’s political policies and medium propaganda influence the role that sweet potato plays in our daily lives. 蔡倩玟 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 131 zh-TW |
