The small and medium-sized enterprise in Taiwan was the population of this study. The study employed the purposive sampling technics to collect data. Each enterprise was sampled 3 departmental chairman to answer the questionnaire. The total samples were 450 and 324 were responses. The response rate was 72%. The data were analyzed by the following statistical methods: independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and structural equation modeling (SEM). According to the analysis of data of this study, it could be concluded as follows: 1. The sense of respondents towards “roles of monarch” of the Chinese leadership styles domain varies significantly with the different capital of enterprises. 2. The sense of respondents towards the “human resource innovation” of the organization innovation domain varies significantly with the different types of enterprises. 3. The indicators show a significant positive correlation between the Chinese leadership styles and the organization culture. 4. The indicators show a significant positive correlation between the Chinese leadership styles and the organizational innovation. 5. The indicators show a significant positive correlation between the organizational culture and the organizational innovation. 6. There are positive structural relationships between the direct effects of the Chinese leadership styles and the organizational culture. 7. There are positive structural relationships between the direct effects of the Chinese leadership styles and the organizational innovation. 8. There are positive structural relationships between the direct effects of the organizational culture and the organizational innovation. 9.
