In view of this, the study was used construction site of productivity data and impact factor to build up the forecast model for estimating construction cost. The results found the jobs of box column process with high repetition and linear recycle characteristics. Therefore, this study was used by the linear regression method to build a operating productivity prediction model for steel box columns. The forecast model of construction cost estimation was possessed of effective scheduling plan, convenient control budget cost, and available control construction cost. Thus, the forecast model could provide steel structure plants to estimate the optimal construction schedule and cost and to reduce the budget losses.
