Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理學院管理碩士在職專班 === 100 === The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among work autonomy, job demand, job satisfaction and workplace well-being. This study builds up a framework and designs as an instrument through reviewing related theories and literatures. Finally, according to the results, the study gives some specific suggections. A questionnaire survey is adopted in the study, the sample is workers of armed forces hospital in metropolitan Kaohsiung, and “Employees workplace perception questionnaire”is used as an instrument of this study. 600 copies are issued within 431 effective copies returned as basic for data processing, such as descriptive statistics, critical ratio, principle component, and regression analysis. According to the analytic results, the conclusions are as follows: 1.Work autonomy has a significant influence upon job satisfaction. 2.Job demand has a significant mediating effect between work autonomy and job satisfaction. 3.Job satisfaction has a significant influence upon workplace well-being. 4.Job satisfaction has a significant intervening effect between work autonomy and workplace well-being. Eventually, according to the conclusions put forward substantial suggestions for the management class, employees and future researches.
